• U.S. jobless claims totaled 2.98 million last week, unemployment is close to 16%

Almost 3 million more Americans filed for unemployment last week.

Today’s job loss figures bring the total losses over the last 2 months to 36 million.

Unemployment Insurance Weekly Claims

Initial claims were 2,981,000 for the week ending 5/9 (-195,000).

Insured unemployment was 22,833,000 for the week ending 5/2 (+456,000).https://t.co/ys7Eg5LKAW

Learn how to make the perfect drink every time with this mixology training

It never hurts to know your way around a bar. But unlike a TV bar like Cheers, a gregarious disposition and knowing everybody’s name does not a bartender make.
